I am a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in tax litigation and advisory work. I also teach Tax Law, International Tax Procedure, and Estate Taxation at Ghent University. In parallel, I regularly publish in academic journals and speak at conferences in Belgium and abroad.

In 2021, I was appointed coordinator of the broader tax reform, and in 2023 I was named “Tax Professional of the Year.” I have served as a member of the High Council of Finance and as an expert for various parliamentary committees. I am also the founder of the Belgian Association of Tax Lawyers.
