I have always been passionate about social law. Getting to know our clients and understanding their social relationships as employers intrigues me every time. Developing pragmatic and innovative advice for their employment issues and implementing practical solutions in their organizations is key for me.

How can I help ?

I advise companies on all aspects of employment law (both individual and collective labor) and social security law (e.g. hiring and firing, well-being etc.). I also advise clients during negotiations, the drafting of company policies, contracts and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs). I assist corporate clients with the transfer of undertakings, outsourcing and co-sourcing of projects and I often litigate before the Employment (Appeal) Courts. Finally, I specialize in pension law (unemployment with company benefits, as well as occupational pensions) and all aspects of employee representation.
