I am passionate about financial regulatory matters and the evolution of financial markets. As a lawyer, this challenges me to constantly remain updated with the latest regulatory reforms and to understand their practical consequences for our clients. In this respect, I have a particular interest in digital and sustainable finance.
How can I help ?
My practice consists of assisting a broad range of banking and financial clients with the application of financial services regulations. This includes providing legal advice, assisting in license application files, as well as ad-hoc assistance (notably in asset management).
