As an ever-curious person, I enjoy immersing myself in complex legal questions by doing thorough legal research. Considering every case is unique, I am challenged on a daily basis to be creative and to figure out the most appropriate solution for the client.
How can I help ?
I assist our clients in a wide variety of business law topics such as corporate transactions, restructurings and corporate law issues. I advise both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and provide pragmatic, hands-on solutions to mitigate company risks.
