Nieuw CBN-advies 2024/06 bespreekt de openbaarmakingsverplichtingen van de VOF en de CommV bij onmiddellijke sluiting van de vereffening via turboliquidatie. Dit advies verduidelijkt dat de formaliteiten van de klassieke vereffeningsprocedure voor deze vennootschappen niet verzwaren. Het stelt dat openbaarmakingsverplichtingen volgens artikelen 3:10 tot 3:18 WVV niet van toepassing zijn op kleine vennootschappen of wanneer alle vennoten natuurlijke personen zijn, ook bij turboliquidatie, mits voldaan wordt aan artikel 3:9 WVV.
