K law appoints partner to head its Banking & Finance Practice
K law is pleased to announce yet another major lateral hire. Banking & Finance partner Isabelle Blomme has joined our firm in a move designed to enhance and expand K law’s Banking, Finance & Regulatory practice.
With more than 13 years of experience in Banking & Finance law, Isabelle specializes in all legal aspects of syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset based finance, debt capital markets, real estate finance, debt restructurings and structured finance. She is also proficient in regulatory matters (Regulatory finance). She is recommended in her field of expertise by Chambers Europe, Chambers Global and Legal 500.
Before joining K law, Isabelle was a partner in the Banking & Finance department of another major law firm. She started her career at Deutsche Bank in London, before opting for a lawyer’s career.
