Indexed publication costs Belgian Official Gazette

This year, effective March 1, 2015, the costs for the publication of deeds of legal entities in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette, have slightly increased.
As stipulated in the Ministerial Decision of July 11, 2013 and as mentioned in our legal flash of March 19, 2014, the costs for the publication in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette are indexed each year as from the 1st of March and are published at the latest on February 15.
This year, effective March 1, 2015, the costs for the publication of deeds of legal entities in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette, have slightly increased and are consequently established as follows (published in the Belgian Official Gazette of February 2, 2015):
1. For companies (including VAT):
262,21 EUR with regard to an incorporation filed on paper;
211,75 EUR with respect to an incorporation filed electronically;
153,79 EUR regarding a modification on paper or electronically.
2. For non-profit organizations, international non-profit organizations, foundations and other related legal forms (including VAT):
181,50 EUR with regard to an incorporation filed on paper;
131,16 EUR with respect to an incorporation filed electronically;
123,06 regarding a modification on paper or electronically.
