Indexation costs for publication in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette
The costs for publication in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette are indexed each year as from the 1st of March. This year with effect as per March 1, 2016, costs for publication in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette, are established as follows (published in the Belgian Official Gazette of February 2, 2016):
1. For companies (including VAT):
265,47 EUR with regard to an incorporation filed on paper;
214,41 EUR with respect to an incorporation filed electronically;
155,73 EUR regarding a modification on paper or electronically.
2. For non-profit organizations, international non-profit organizations, foundations and other related legal forms (including VAT):
183,80 EUR with regard to an incorporation filed on paper;
132,74 EUR with respect to an incorporation filed electronically;
124,63 regarding a modification on paper or electronically.
