Indexation: Publication in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette
The costs for publication in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette are indexed each year as from the 1st of March.
This year, with effect from 1 March 2018, costs for publication in the Annexes of the Belgian Official Gazette are established as follows (published in the Belgian Official Gazette of February 14, 2018):
For companies (including VAT):
- Incorporation filed on paper 275,76 EUR
- Incorporation filed electronically 222,76 EUR
- Modification filed on paper or electronically 161,78 EUR
For non-profit organizations, international non-profit organizations, foundations and other related legal forms (including VAT):
- Incorporation filed on paper 190,94 EUR
- Incorporation filed electronically 137,94 EUR
- Modification filed on paper or electronically 129,35 EUR
