KPMG Law assists the Signpost group in partnership with major investors
KPMG Law assisted the Signpost group (consisting of Signpost België, Academic Software, Leermiddel and Wezooz) in finalizing a partnership deal with a number of major investors. The fast-growing Signpost group is partnering up with these investors in order to speed up its European ambitions. One of those ambitions for Signpost, the market leader in IT solutions for the education sector in Belgium, is to grow into ‘the European ICT Partner for Education’.
